Shipping

We process orders within 24 hours of order confirmation, except on public holidays. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5-7 working days for metro cities and 7–10 working days for the rest of India.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within one working day after a confirmed order is placed, unless otherwise notified.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/message with tracking details from our courier partner.
• Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges will be levied, which will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery

• Delivery Time: Products are typically delivered within 5-7 working days of dispatch for metro cities. North East, Jammu and Kashmir, and the ANN region may take a longer time for delivery. Delivery time will vary based on your specific location and order amount.

If your package is:

• Lost: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Damaged: If you receive a product that is either damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please report it by writing to support@kleenitol.com with your Order ID, registered email, and relevant images or videos within 2 days of delivery.
